Treatment Approach/Philosophy: I help people reach emotional/behavioral goals by building a strong therapeutic alliance and partnering toward the achievement of those goals. I work within a strengths-based approach and use many cognitive-behavioral techniques. I have the philosophy that many of life's challenges can be lessened by changing perspectives and rotating the prism through which they are viewed. I feel a key component of my role is to help that shift occur, resulting in positive and lasting change.
