Clinical Specialties: General practice of clinical social work with a focus on adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing concerns related to life transition issues, trauma, intimate partner violence, grief and bereavement, women's concerns,depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, spirituality, eating disordered behaviors including compulsive overeating, sexual health/wellness, and building social skills with individuals diagnosed with Aspergers.
Practicing Since: I have been practicing as a Social Worker since 1999 and providing therapy since 2003.

Treatment Approach/Philosophy: I believe that it takes strength to ask for help. My goal is to provide individuals with support and assistance while navigating the difficult phases of their lives by discovering their own unique abilities to heal and grow. I provide a confidential, nonjudgmental and empowering environment where individuals can feel safe and supported. I recognize that therapy is a personal, reflective journey and incorporate strategies that work best for each individual, often integrating a combination of techniques and approaches. Working together, we will endeavor toward self-understanding and self-acceptance so that individuals can experience transformation and growth.
