Treatment Approach/Philosophy: Seeking psychotherapy can be a difficult and daunting process. I strive to offer a comfortable, collaborative atmosphere where individuals feel respected and heard. I interact with individuals as genuinely and directly as possible. I offer them a place and relationship where they can explore how they want to cope with painful experiences, make difficult decisions, and live authentic meaningful lives. I am influenced by Buddhist psychology, humanistic and psychodynamic theories. I've also been trained in cognitive-behavioral techniques and theory.
