Treatment Approach/Philosophy: Seeking psychotherapy can be a difficult and daunting process. I strive to offer a comfortable, collaborative atmosphere where individuals feel respected and heard. I individualize therapy to meet the needs of each unique client. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and humanistic principles. Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness training and other aspects of Buddhist psychology in my work with clients and have found that this contributes to clients living fuller, more meaningful lives.
